Kaimana Jerky Ships anywhere in the US and internationally. We also ship to PO Boxes (see Shipping to PO Boxes) and Military (APO/FPO) addresses (see Shipping to Military Addresses).
We offer Free Shipping on orders over $25. Expedited shipping options are also available at checkout for an additional cost.
* Coupons, discounts, shipping cost, and any applicable taxes do not count toward the Order Total.
* Free Shipping is shipped via USPS Standard Shipping: 7-10 business days.
Orders that do not qualify for free shipping have shipping costs calculated based on the order weight and distance from our Hawaii location. You may choose UPS or USPS as your shipping carrier. UPS Ground services can take up to 7 business days to arrive after the ship date, UPS 2nd Day Air is also available base on UPS Published Tariff Rate.
Shipping to PO Boxes is available but you must select USPS as the shipping method at checkout. Additional charges may apply.
Orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses can only be shipped via USPS Priority. The package cannot be tracked after it enters the Military Mail System. Therefore, we are unable to determine the order delivery time. All orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses may take up to 60 days.
Additional shipping charges will be applied to your credit card automatically if a shipping carrier other than USPS is selected at checkout.
International shipping costs are calculated in real-time at checkout based on the order size, dimensions, weight and distance from our Hawaii location.
When shipping with UPS or USPS, an order confirmation will be emailed to you which will include a tracking number. You may use the tracking number to check your orders progress at ups.com or usps.com, as applicable to your delivery method.
Although deliveries are packaged very carefully, damages can sometimes occur in transit and mistakes are sometimes made. Please see our Return Policy.
Kaimana Jerky Ship to the shipping address that you specify when you place your order. Kaimana Jerky is not responsible for incorrect information provided to us. We will not be responsible for orders left at customer's front doors and confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If you would like signature confirmation for your order, please leave us a message with your order. There may be an additional charge for this feature.
In the event your order is returned to our warehouse as undeliverable, unclaimed or refused, our staff will contact you via phone or email to try and correct the problem. You will be required to pay additional shipping costs if you gave us an incorrect address. You may be asked to use a different shipping address. You may also cancel your order. Canceled orders will be refunded minus all shipping fees.
A minimum $19.85 Change of Address fee will be charged if you change your shipping destination after your package is in transit. We are not responsible for shipping charges for packages returned due to missing or wrong information.

All credit cards are charged at the time of checkout to help prevent fraudulent orders. Under no circumstances are you allowed to make a purchase with someone else's credit card, even with the card holder's consent. If you are a first time customer and making a purchase with a shipping address that differs from the billing address, we reserve the right to require you to sign a purchase agreement to authorize the order.
Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders received will be processed as quickly as possible. All orders are shipped within 72 hours of receipt of order, except for orders made on Fridays. Those orders will ship out the following Monday or Tuesday. *These rules do not apply to special promotions or "FREE" offers made through Facebook.
From Mid-November until December, please expect a delay in shipping times due to the high volume of orders. Your order could take anywhere from 7-14 days to arrive.
We do not ship chocolate candies during the summer months due to the heat.
If for any reason, due to extenuating circumstances, your order does not ship within 72 hours, customer service will contact you via email and/or phone explaining the delay.
If you wish to change your order after it has been placed, please send an email to Info@snackhawaii.com Info@kaimanajerky.com immediately. If your order has already been processed, unfortunately, you will not be able to change it. Please understand that we try to provide the fastest turnaround time possible to ensure you receive your order quickly.
All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract; this means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Upon delivery, the recipient shall inspect the items received and immediately inform us if the items received are not in good condition. If we have not been notified of any defect or error with the items received by 5:00 p.m.HST on the 7th day after delivery of the items, the recipient shall be presumed to have accepted the items and shall have waived any rights thereto.
Orders paid with PayPal will not be shipped until the funds have been transferred to Snack Hawaii / Kaimana Jerky’s account. All refunds will be returned to your PayPal account. Shipping address information must be updated through PayPal. If you use PayPal at checkout, the address listed with PayPal is the destination for your order. Snack Hawaii / Kaimana Jerky cannot be responsible for incorrect information provided to us.
