Our Salmon Jerky is made with wild-caught salmon, is gluten-free, low in sugar, and has 25 g of Protein per bag! We also used as many organic ingredients as possible and NO preservatives.
Our Teriyaki Salmon Jerky is the perfect blend of sweet and savory. Each glistening piece is almost translucent when held up to sunlight. We hand-cut each piece of jerky right here in Kailua-Kona.
