Every year when our family visits us from Alaska, they bring us slabs of wild-caught salmon. And every year, we've talked about how we need to make salmon jerky. And now it's finally here!
Our Salmon Jerky is made with wild-caught salmon, is gluten-free, low in sugar, and has 25 g of Protein per bag! We also used as many organic ingredients as possible and NO preservatives.
Our Spicy Salmon Jerky has a mild heat and wonderful peppery taste. Each glistening piece is almost translucent when held up to sunlight. We hand-cut each piece of jerky and it's so tender you never need to worry about it being chewy or tough.
