Every year when our family visits us from Alaska, they bring us slabs of wild-caught salmon. And every year, we've talked about how we need to make salmon jerky. And now it's finally here!
Our Salmon Jerky is made with wild-caught salmon, is gluten-free, low in sugar, and has 25 g of Protein per bag! We also used as many organic ingredients as possible and NO preservatives.
Our Original Salmon Jerky has a wonderful smoky taste. Each glistening piece is almost translucent when held up to sunlight. We hand cut each piece of jerky and we tried to make our pieces a little bigger so that you can tell that you're eating salmon, not mystery meat.
